Some sales are internal. It  just changes the ownership. The sale price is not the real value of the property.

In order to add a listing of your property, you need to login first. By click "Login", you can register an login, or you can easily login with one of your social network id.

You will need to send a request to be able to add your first listing.

After your login, click the "Manage my listing" in the "Login" tab, you will be able to add and mange a listing, and also change your profile.
